SCOTUS has ruled that the California FACT act - requiring fraudulent anti-abortion "crisis pregnancy centers" to disclose that they weren't licensed medical professionals - is unconstitutional because it's "forced speech" and violates the first amendment.
I 100% guarantee that within a year we'll see tobacco companies using this case to argue that the surgeon general's warning on cigarette packs isn't legal either.
