You are allowed to do stuff just because you want to.
Even if it uses up all your spoons/matches.
Even if it leaves your exhausted and broken the next day.
Even if you need to let other stuff slide a bit while you recover.
You are allowed to have fun, to go out, to take a day once in a while and do what you want with it.
Being #disabled, or #chronicallyill, or a #parent, etc doesn't mean you can't take time for you.
(I needed to hear this today, so I figured other folks might too.)
Meine self-expression ist: ich hab keine Löffel, mich um meine self-expression zu kümmern und deswegen seh ich halt irgendwie aus.

A recommended YA novel about #dragons: _A Dragon's Guide to the Care and Feeding of Humans_, by Laurence Yep and Joanne Rider. It's an urban fantasy novel about magic creatures secretly living in San Francisco. My favorite point made about dragons in the first book: when someone asks a dragon if she's an Eastern or Western dragon because of this or that characteristic, she scoffs, and explains only humans think of dragons in categories like that, because every dragon is unique. Ich mache das natürlich total selten. Vielleicht fühlt es auch nur so gut, wenn es selten ist :)
Sport gemacht haben, was gutes essen, früh ins Bett gehen. Wenig fühlt so gut
