@neil I like cabbage, but it’s a sturdy plant for much of its range so I’m not used to seeing it in greenhouses. But the Netherlands are growing potatoes in greenhouses. The payoff in nutrition, rather than money, might be excellent!
Or the cultural reference, or the nutritional payoff explains the cultural touchstone. Anyway, neat.
@clew It was in an art exhibition surrounded by pages of a Soviet-era book discussing vegetables, so there might have been an ulterior motive to the cabbage.
