so I'm trying out #SubwayTooter and it is a very powerful and feature rich #Android app for #Mastodon. it just looks like something out of Windows XP. like old school AIM clients or winamp. it just doesn't look modern.

I have been using #Tusky and where as it's far more aesthetically pleasing it's just lacking the features of Subway Tooter.

maybe one day one will catch up with the other or another app will come along that feature the best of both.

@Gogogadgetpants got all the dog bedding switched out and washed. got the yard mowed and weedeated. trimmed a few bushes. and today was 💯 % lazy. all in all the weekend wasn't lost.

what all did you do?

@jdb i'm probably going to go. usually i feel like this then once i drink my c4, get to the park and get moving, i feel better. but right now though...🤤

so I'm through 5 episodes of #Taboo and #TomHardy essentially plays the same character on it as he does on #PeakyBlinders. but dang if he doesn't play that role well.

I need to go running. it feels way to good outside (73°) not to. but dang if I don't feel like just being lazy.

@encarsia it's a known issue. something to do with the server #octodon is hosted on, or something along those lines. as far as I know it's a wait and see type thing when it gets fixed.

today i got some of the bushes that have started growing out of control trimmed, weed eated and mowed the yard. there is going to be very little moving from this spot the rest of the night.

@Gogogadgetpants ok...full disclosure when i first read this i thought it said "peeing garlic". i was thinking if you're peeing garlic you're eating wayyyyyyyyy too much of it.

87% humidity. I walked outside for a second and now feel like I just stood under a waterfall. 💦😓

@jason @jdb mine screwed up this afternoon also. It just stopped recording.

We're having to upgrade our office products to 2013. It's been at the "finalizing installation. This may take a few minutes." Screen for quite a while now. I'm beginning to question the sincerity of a "few" minutes.

@SuzanEraslan we had a dog who was dying and did that. Come to find out he wanted to be held. I slept on the floor with him several nights.

@SuzanEraslan the death of dog, either expected or unexpected is really hard. just take solace in knowing that she will no longer have the heart disease, the cancer or anything. she'll be a happy puppy waiting on you. just enjoy the last bit of time you have together and keep the girl comfy and give her plenty of love (which i know you will).

so i learned today that kiefer sutherland is a legit musician. i'm enjoying his album if you like the true old school country/americana type sound.
