@Averly if you don't have insurance, they say if you can find a university with a dental school they're usually pretty cheap.
You could probably use something like this as temporary thing to help protect it/ease the pain:

@jdb podcasts. i tried listening to music but found it tiring. because i try to run with the bpm. i can get in a good rhythm with podcasts. although if they say something funny that makes running a bit difficult trying to run and laugh the same time.

@jdb yeap, i took marlon. he's a good running buddy. i had to stop for him to pee twice and poop.
but the run was feeling good. at first my legs were sore. but once i got in the rhythm i was good.

@what i knew a guy who reheated leftover pizza on the engine of his work van. does that count?
@jdb apparently i need to do some research on who this guy is. i've heard the guys on the radio (adam and joe) talk about him. i get notified on the espn app and they're talking about him. but i dont know anything about him.
is he a legit goalie? are they going to get rid of cam? because as of now he's still on the roster, isn't he? what about lack? he was always a fan favorite. the goalie position did let us down though. cam used to be an awesome goalie, but that has passed.
@jdb i really haven't gotten into either the NHL or NBA finals this year. I'll probably watch the championship rounds. But especially the NBA is just more or less wait to see who loses first, warriors or cavs?
kind of sucks though that the two best teams in the NHL met so early though. I'll probably watch the stanley cup round.
hopefully sometime the canes can get there stuff together to get into the playoffs. it was so much fun.
