Apparently I spent 38h 41m this week programming. Damn.

I still do have a fondness for native applications. I love taking advantage of platform unique features. If it's possible for WPF applications I may just add People support for Windows 10 with Direct messages. How cool would that be? You could message your peeps right on the Start bar? :D

So technically I could convert that base to work with Mastodon but I feel like the rendering is one giant mess and I don't really use macOS as much so I might not ever get to it.

This isn't my first rodeo with social networking clients btw. I made an App dot net macOS client back when that fad was a thing.

I wonder if I could open a Patreon for Capella. It'd be nice to be supported for doing this.

Churning through features like there's no tomorrow with Capella cause it's all I can really do right now. :P

Sweet, it looks like it works correctly! I can check that off the list.

Testing the follow, unfollow and follow requested feature of Mastodon for my app so don't be alarmed if I unfollow and refollow you.

I actually like systemd

a little more background: initially, Halo Online was supposed to be an official free-to-play online halo 3 multiplayer remake, and was being tested in russia for a short while.

a few folks came together and made a mod for it to change language stuff and open up the game for NA players. after a little while the game was officially abandoned by the company making it, but the modders kept it alive by continuing to build around the existing work, keeping the whole thing free and open source.

for those that missed it, Halo Online "El Dewrito" 0.6 was released yesterday. it is a free, open source Halo 3 pc port that runs incredibly smoothly and plays just like the original, with a few added bonuses

it allows you to host online custom games and forge with your friends, or with strangers all over the world. basically, all the multiplayer components of Halo 3. all that's missing is the campaign.

you can get it here: eldewrito.com/

Sometimes people make being a moderator suck really bad, so thank you to all those who are polite, courteous and don’t cause trouble. πŸ’œ

Merged a bunch of stuff into the main repo today with support for toast notifications and NSFW hiding support. Working on loads more at the moment.

I like that I’ve sort of cultivated this cute little bol of sunshine aesthetic. Like a small PokΓ©mon, strong but giving lots of smiles from how cute it is.

Been playin heaps of Minecraft lately. I’ve installed a lot of mods but I’ve really grown to like Tinkers Construct. I thought I was gonna hate it tbh. I’ve got a bronze cleaver with diamond that basically lops off mobs heads and then I can put a bunch of zombie heads around my house so that the zombies know I mean business.

You know what I totally need? A waterproof plushie/pillow that I can hug in the shower. Please tell me this is a thing.

I bet you'd like to follow a cute fun girl like me 'w'
