@_ I always feel obliged to chip in on Echinacea, so please forgive me: it's an effective painkiller, but it has no immune supportive activity. Apparently this misconception can ve traced back to some confused European who misunderstood the North Americans who introduced it to him. Traditional use was supportive for colds/sickness, but was not thought to be a cure.
