i've been closer to the dreaming gate, i tell you that
how many rabbits are there in a year?
i'm at that stage in a project where i get a bit bored of the project itself and want to fool myself into thinking i will be "more productive" if i did something like "installing a whole new operating system"
it's 2100. we continue to use regular telephones but everyone owns at least a dozen of them. we all have robot house-servants, mainly to keep track of all our telephones and bring us the right one when it rings. a popular young person has upwards of 30 telephones, several in each room of the house. magazines and print newspapers are still going - thriving, in fact. the largest is the New Fork Times, with its 85 weekly panels of hentai, "the sunday fuckys". also, nobody uses the internet anymore
if you don't act on a thought for some time, it becomes soil for new thought-life
ok i was going for a vapor-something lo-fi dream pop-ish vibe here

patterning your #gamingphilosophy based on philosophers:
Socrates: a game not examined is a game not worth gaming
Mencius: you speak of balance and fairness — why talk about winning?
Diogenes: fuck your conventions, man! (goes to live in dumpster)
Laozi: the winning strategy that can be described is not the true winning strategy
Al-Ghazali: (publishes a treatise on the Incoherence of the Game Philosophers)
Nietzsche: The game designer is dead! We killed him, you and I!
the raspberry pi thats hosting my webpage and twitter bots is a total shed and i should not be allowed near it

Mastodon.py requires python >= 2.7.9 but the raspberry only had 2.7.3, i read that i had to manually install 2.7.13 so i did, and it went alongside the old one, however it did not detect Mastodon.py and neither pip is of any use because it's already installed for the 2.7.3 one. then i did apt-get upgrade python2 and it fiddled with my bootloader and font rendering, etc, but didnt upgrade from 2.7.3... after a reboot running "python" starts the 2.7.13 one but it still doesnt find any packages
