hey, Chris-- how's the teaching going?
@mrgah Today I taught how to make long a sounds with silent e, played a rousing round of Guess Which Number I'm Thinking Of, and gave one young boy a firm but loving reminder that we don't grope other children.
So I'd say it's going well.
I'm always reminded of how much respect I have for kids!

aw, that sounds sweet (except for the groper)
I was on the streetcar with elementary age kids on a field trip the other day, which reminded me of how much respect I have for teachers of young kids (also that kids are hilarious)
