A friend of a friend in California can't find a doctor who will prescribe her ADHD medications. She doesn't have a doctor or primary care practitioner *at all*, and needs a doctor who is willing to take new patients without a referral.

Goldman Sachs gave them $200m in investment recently, so they're not going anywhere soon, but you can encourage you and your friends to ignore the fuck out of their games.

ive noticed adding image descriptions is unnecessarily difficult, which could discourage people from actually adding descriptions

1. you can only add descriptions to the tiny cropped thumbnail image, so generally i have to open the image up in a separate tab and put them side-by-side while writing the image description. if you could click the image for a full-res preview while typing the description, that would be magnificent

2. if i leave the text field of the image description, e.g. to look at the full size image in another window (see problem #1), when i return it's gone back to the start of the text so i have to click and scroll to the end of the image description, which is a pain if it's a particularly long description
