how weird. there's a rock in a parking lot in calgary that cars & SUVs keep getting hung up on (or even flipped by!) despite being large and surrounded by yellow-painted curbs

BOOO! the #sagehillrock was unceremoniously removed from its rightful perch in the nearby parking lot last night 😭
The public consensus was that what SHOULD have been removed instead were the licenses of the drivers who ran over the poor rock. I guess the harrowing adventures of negotiating North Calgary parking lots will continue with those menacing parkers...

@bunnyhero I live near this new landmark. Considering how so many patrons of this retail development "park" I am not entirely surprised. Yellow lines are a completely foreign concept...perhaps they think they are public art?
Literally every day there is at least one "quadruple-parked" vehicle in the lot.
Also there is the vehicle trap on the bus-only connector between Centre St and Harvest Hills Blvd where people drive into the hole every day despite the giant 3m by 5m sign with a picture 😝
