My fingers are used to confining updates to 140 characters... I wonder how long it will take my brain to expand into the increase in space.

... and first impressions of the iOS companion app Amaroq are pretty positive too .... and I really like the safety options when tooting... I guess only follow or host people who use the tools effectively
Is there a (trustworthy) look-up tool, to match twitter accounts to mastadon account?
For now, I'm mostly just talking into the wind, until I can find a great community (or communities) to be a part of.
I suppose the first question is - to deploy my own instance, or to reply on another person/group?
Second question - how easy is it to export/import?
