WHY do users think "IT DOESN'T WORK" contains all the information I need to replicate their problem?

@atalsta Literally the only thing that ever works is to ask them to send screenshots. THat's actually surprisingly successful...
having said that my next user will be someone who has NO IDEA how to do screen shots.
But what gets me is they don't pass along error messages or describe what they were doing or.... gah!
