Ugh. I hate those evenings where I carry my book all over the house and eventually to bed and never open it. I swear I need to plug my phone in in the bedroom when I get home and not visit except to turn on my alarm till morning .
@Latkes I recently got an Apple Watch which has been great for ditching my phone. My watch lets me know if I have messages or phone calls but I can’t use it to fuck off on the internet.
