The world's supply of rare Commodore 65 prototypes seems to be in the hands of shit vloggers.

If slow-wittedness could be bottled and sold, I would own many cents. I finally figured out what people mean when they say 'bird site'.

Also Noscript is shipped with a preconfigured whitelist as long as my arm. None of these sites need to be whitelisted. I understand why the authors put them in though, the flood of support questions if they did not would be massive.

Swapped out Yesscript (browser-based Javascript blacklisting) with Noscript (same, but whitelisting). Had to whitelist Octodon to tell you this, because the Octodon client is crap.

If you want to write Wordpress in Wordpress without the 'p' getting capitalized, you can install a plug-in or write 'Wordpress'.

How to prepare yourself for the GDPR by performing a privacy audit on your Wordpress blog and some free ranting.

Bizarrely, Wordpress has a built-in filter that cannot be disabled and that turns every instance of "Wordpress" into "WordPress" (camelcase).

This breaks for example filenames that have the word "Wordpress" in them. but anything to stroke the ego of Matt Mullensmeg, I guess.

The most important part of Formula 1 is the Qualifications, because the race proper is often just a procession to the finish. Nowhere is this more evident than in the narrow street circuit of Monaco. So Verstappen crashes his car in the training and now cannot qualify.

I am beginning to wonder if he has a place in F1.

The "award winning journalism" is covered by the free speech exemption. The rest of the "full range of digital offerings" most likely is not. The fact they are willing to shutter the journalism means that that is not their main offering. The LA Times is not a newspaper.

LA Times: "Unfortunately, our website is currently unavailable in most European countries. We are engaged on the issue and committed to looking at options that support our full range of digital offerings to the EU market. We continue to identify technical compliance solutions that will provide all readers with our award-winning journalism."

I am LOL-ing so hard right now. They have taken their ball and gone home!

When I google a company and the results page shows an ad to that company's site followed by an 'organic' link to the same site, what I do next, depends... If I like the company, I click the second link, if I hate the company, I click the first.

This is normal, right?

Here is a pet peeve: sites that let you come up with a username upon registration, but ask for your e-mail address instead next time you log in.

I don't know what e-mail address I used to register, you dweebs! You never mentioned I would be needing it!

Four e-mails away from Inbox Zero.

Not sure if I just watched an exciting race or a shambles, but there was plenty of drama.

* Pulls his laptop from his laundry basket, because that was apparently the only place in the house where there was room for a laptop yesterday. *

What do you think, should I tidy the place up?

I read that Elon Musk added some trash in earth orbit, yet everyone is cheering. What am I missing?
