Rant alert**
It hurts when the one you love basically says you should not do something because you will just give it up like I always do.
I have been wanting to build stuff for a long time and I am not talking huge projects. I am talking about smaller things like a desktop arcade cabinet and small random projects like that.
She does not realize that she was the reason why I gave up my hobbies that I started.

I put photography on hold because we were having our daughter. Afterwards I tried to get back into it, but she put a halt to it saying I did not spend enough family time with her. (At this point I worked 36 hours a week in 3 days so I had 4 full days off). I have not been able to touch photography since.
With embroidery, I researched as much as I could and started design and experimenting on our machine. She put a stop to it because she dominated the sewing/embroidery machine with her projects
