This time, I rolled a critical miss immediately upon attacking from this vantage point. I fell and was knocked prone on the ground, my rod still stuck seven feet in the air.
Next move, I got up and tried to attack again - another critical miss, stabbing myself!
Good memories.
The memorable maneuver I did last year was jump really high with an immovable rod in hand then clicking it into place at the apex of my jump so that I could fight with my rapier while dangling off the magically-suspended rod.
Another year, another foe. I did "the move" again!
