@deavmi I think it definitely had its place when the JVM was needed. Not so much today, imo.

I guess if you are going to be an interpreted language then you may as well be Python and take full advantage. Then again I like something more structural like Java that I find less ambiguous.
Also the Java Stdlib is absolute cancer. Way too fucking much.
@arisunz It's a nice language in my preference in the use but not the best and never will be. No interpreted language will ever be. But one of the best yeah probably.
