Yeah, okay, so I'm going to forget about web development projects on the side. I'm trying to get a simple web app up and running, and I've discovered that I don't really like Angular, React or Vue. That's tantamount to saying that I don't like web front-end development in 2018. It was all right when we were at the Angular.js, jQuery and Bootstrap stage, but I feel myself disagreeing with the direction it has taken since then.
@thor Skip these frontends and jump into WebASM! 
@thor maybe not but it can call JS which can interact with the DOM and you already know how to do that. Side projects should cut yourself on the bleeding edge occasionally
