i think mastodon's feeds that push out any recent posts, while still being a small social, makes this great to start growing an account right away. i can find people to follow and people can find and follow me.
i'm going to try really hard on this social not to be political. my twitter sometimes makes me facepalm at some arguments i see

problem with the instances of mastodon is having to create a new account on each one. i want this account ported over to mastodon.club since they have a cooler

and it's not bad on the mobile app, you have to pull to refresh

So. If I had a wish for Mastodon, it would be to have a desktop app for Windows.
Even more perfect, it could be integrated in a tool where my Mastodon, Twitter and Facebook feeds would be, avoiding me to have 14 apps / webpages opened at the same time. I'll need soon a fourth screen otherwise :/

actually it might be because i'm using octodon, default mastodon site is down right now
first toot on mastodon. so far it's pretty cool looking but personally i'm not a fan of the tweetdeck layout. love the long character limit.
