@angryjello The problem is that they're taking it seriously to some extent, and that is the part about "If you're offended/uncomfortable then you're a weak brainwashed snowflake and I got what I wanted" (that and nihilism). I don't think they're actually racist/etc, but it makes family dinners really uncomfortable, and I can't say anything because 1° they're a parent of mine and 2° they have a really bad temper and despite never violenting me, I've seen them break stuff before
