Are w3c recommendations available as epub files? Or is there a tool to convert the web pages to epub?
Since the w3c is also involved in the epub specification, it not trivial to search for.

In #guix is there an easy way to tell what version your system is based on? I tried to guix pull from snapshots/guix-0.14.0.tar.gz and was told to try 0.13. It'd be nice to know how old this system was, so I didn't skip too many updates.
