Yeah, I'm proud of keeping my instance up and running for awhile. That's cool.
But I take way more pride in the trust my users give me as the admin of the instance they use.
Yes, it's effort. Yes, it demands more of my time and resources then I anticipated.
But that's the work. That's how you build trust. You put the time and you listen.
My instance is still small, but I'm cool with that because we're building something really cool together.
