@tek We've been using terraform for a while now but I am struggling with adapting it to a low overhead release process.

New features offered in phones:
- Facial recognition
- Curved screens
- More glass
- Voice assistants

Features we actually want:
- Autocorrect with profanity
- A kickstand for watching videos
- Dialing an actual number without 50 extra touches and swipes
- Security features that don't ignore the plight of minorities any people of color

"hey, now. why the long face?"
"because longer passwords are more secure"

@kensanata Exactly, after I setup bitlbee for slack and hangouts for work, this was the reason I went back to their own clients.

@kensanata send.firefox.com though it is just syntactic sugar over upload to drafts :)

Airdrop hasn't worked for me since Sierra. I'd rather continue uploading to my Drafts folder than debug bluetooth on macOS.

@kensanata This is a good point about Patreon, I'm going to review my current subscriptions.

@Elizafox There was also e e cummings, perhaps that was where bdf got his inspiration from.

@kensanata I used to use "brew rmtree" but I think it made things worse. Perhaps I should let go of the amount of disk that brew uses.

@ebel Holy crap! Mine too. Yes, now I feel old.

@jk Any engineer who tells you that well-written code is self-documenting has failed to understand the question: code can only tell you _what_ it is doing. It cannot tell you _why_. It cannot answer the fundamental question "what made this design the right choice, as opposed to any other implementation, based on the constraints that existed when we wrote it?" As such, even the best-written code cannot truly "self-document."
