@jstpwalsh I'm not ready abandon because the community is so robust and important to me but I think its really key to set up some alternative spaces to keep all the eggs out of the 1 or 2 corporate baskets.

Data folks: how do you document changes in taxonomy? We completely rebuilt our system and migrated lots of terms back in 2011, but there's no documentation, apparently.
