Working on another conference paper about climate change, risks to archaeological resources, and using flexible, open geospatial data for planning & response. I find that I've been putting this off because the topic is so fundamentally scary as I get into research. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@aejolene I've been crafting a paper about wildfires and archaeological sites, just doing some "basic" spatial intersections and it's already sooo scary, even a small region like Liguria is hugely impacted every year, and since it's in rural areas it goes barely noticed, if ever 🔥
