@abgd If you consider government in the broader sense "the ability of one person to dictate the conduct of another", then yes, it's a native, but sufficient definition. By this definition no capitalist is an anarchist, because they acknowledge the governance of capital, and therefore justify the power the rich have to use the poor as labor. And here I've gone into fifteen sentence territory. These things tend to resist being summed up succinctly. :/
