What open source tools need to be developed to enable greater access to voting!?
That might not be the question I am trying to ask or needs to be ask but let's start there.
@_paulhg_ There is idea of blockchain voting using smart contracts protocol, you could vote from your house and there is no way to cheat. Some are trying this (like Swiss city of Zug) but some people are against it.
