I demand a lot from the people in my life. Respect, honesty and accountablilty are all a part of that. I don't think that's hard but it is certainly a lot for most.
When you are a dick to me, I will be honest and hold you accountable, and I will do it as nicely as possible. I will probably distance myself from you for a time to see if you are still are performing your asshole behaviors. I love you but I can't allow you to demean me constantly, you fucking know better.

Also, these are similar behaviors to what you said I was guilty of before we were friends, and I quickly humbled myself and tried to make right, when we were nothing more than colleagues and acquaintances. I can no longer vouch for your advancement.
