I lost one of my gloves, and it's now minus temperatures in London, England (a rare occurrence). Got home from shops with fingers purple, numb. Ow. Ow ow ow ow.

Another beautiful loaf this week. Totally nailing one particular loaf is great. I wonder if I can be bothered to work out how to do others, really.
Very sad to see the front page of The Sun newspaper this morning. The price of fame for those desperate to be famous. Shudder.
I have discovered the word of 'Structured Water'. It is so eyerolling, good lord
Recognising that hypermobility is the major reason for the arthritis in my sacrum and lower back has not made it go away. This I find very unfair.
ST Disco, obviously Show more
Hoping the kids get it together with their tidying so we can watch Disco. I am fairly certain this one's the last in the season?
Realised last night I've got hypermobile joints. Which explains why James has. Which also explains my knee pain in both knees. Only took me 48 years to understand it.

Bad anxiety day today. Noticed during Alexander Technique school, my jaw was like a bloody rock. Also my shoulder (which has unspecified soft tissue/nerve pain left from emergency canoeing I had to do in the summer - don't ask!) was really effing painful.
Yesterday I helped lift and helft 2 dishwashers up and down the stairs to the kitchen. Today I plumbed in the new(old) dishwasher in. It works. I am therefore cool because the house didn't flood or burn down.
Oh I am sad. Well 88 is great but it is sad when someone dies even when old to think of a world that no longer has those vital, beautiful ideas living within the twinkling presence of their own creator. What a fabulous brain Ursula K Le Guin was. What incredible ideas and thoughts, expressed so beautifully. We could all do with giving one of her books to someone new to her work.
Oh sorry, I meant to hide that one behind 'UK politics'! Apologies, I like to feel this is a 'nice' space (well we are in our wee instance, anyway).
I try so hard not to Twitterise on here, but can I just say, Boris Johnson makes my skin crawl. What a revolting object he is. Rotten to the core with entitled ambition. He's a disgrace. A racist, offensive vulture. Except vultures at least serve some purpose: his only purpose is self aggrandisement. He makes me feel ill.
Hmm. Feeling crudsticks about most things today. Damp, manky snow, cold... all of that really isn't helping.

Damn. Opened Twitsticks for about 30 seconds and read so much heartbreaking misery and wrongness in that time I started getting sucked back in to the anxiety raising horror factory. Switched it off again. PHEW.
Just watched ST Disco a couple of days late. Ah mah Gerd, mah head asplode with WTF'ness! What a bonkers mad show that is. We all looked away in the glop scenes (eeech)
