I lost one of my gloves, and it's now minus temperatures in London, England (a rare occurrence). Got home from shops with fingers purple, numb. Ow. Ow ow ow ow.
@T1MK01 Not any more. Last few years the most you get is a tiny flurry for a few hours, once in winter if you're lucky. Now we basically get one long, damp Autumn - except this year it's a bit colder. Real proper snow happened every so often right up until 2009, I'd say? There is snow further north, and even sometimes south (rarely). But London is too warm, even more than everything else that has warmed up anyway.
@Zoonie Damn, not fun! Been to London many times but never in the winter. Lovely place.
@Zoonie Does it snow often in London? Thought the weather would get colder than that.
