I just found a guide for making a virtual pet/tamagotchi clone using Arduino. Now I wish I had the skill to make a Digimon clone.
Perhaps I'll just try building the Tamaguino for a project at least.

@Zaerion FYI, there's a lot of guess work for miniturization. I am receiving parts for that and the display I need for the current breadboard setup soon.
I plan on making a full scale guide on making it smol once I play with it a bit.
