started #cordcutting, am watching broadcast tv for the first time in years. the quality, focus of commercials is shocking - fear, scams, predation.
@WT_Dore I have been looking into setting up a fancy DVR via HomeRunHD but commercials are what's keeping my pulling the trigger. That and I enjoy binge watching more than a weekly series.
@WT_Dore I felt the same when I did the same a few years back. I was like, "Is this why this country is full of idiots? Because they're subjected to this nonsense every five fucking minutes and think it's normal?" and now they hardly even register with me, which is why I have become an idiot too.
