oh god. I picked up my jeans from the ground and apparently a spider got comfy in it and shortly after I felt something on my hand and yes, It's still morning but I already unwillingly held a 5cm spider in my palms. I'll be screaming internally for the rest of my day.

We built a kenyan landscape with a small forest, tea plantation and smallholder agriculture with lifestock. It has a river and a sensor with a built-in light ;) Also graphs from her paper and pictures of her time in kenya and here in Germany.

We made a PhD hat in under three hours, we are getting better at this stuff. #sciencelife

This time around, I have a milkshake and my kindle with me, much better. I would hope my clothing choices are also less ridiculous.

When I was a little girl, I was a flower girl for a wedding. They made me wear a ridiculous, pouffy dress in an apricot color and we went to make wedding pictures somewhere in this park. Not one but two wasps mistook me for a juicy flower, got lost under the fifty thousand layers of my dress, panicked and stung me. My belly and leg were swollen for almost two weeks!

I decided to basically do a tourist day at home, 10 min drive. Even though it was raining this morning, the sun is doing it's job now :) #touristathome

Also, a colleague asked me this week where I bought my lunchbag and it gave me great pleasure to answer "I MADE IT!" ;) It is a little skewed, but I don't mind. #mastoart #sewing #fiberarts #creativetoots

Also - at some point during my travels it seems like my #knitting bag got squished pretty hard, I have a broken needle and it's sunday, I can't replace it *sobs*

I have a full day of free me time and this is what I longed for an entire week surrounded by 15000 people, traveling with 14 colleagues. But now I don't now what to do with myself.

@vickysteeves @windmills back from vienna! I did Vocabulary, Duolingo and Clozemaster on the 8 hour drive home and read an article in a french magazine. Also tried a crossword puzzle in french, but damn, that's too hard :D #100daysoffrench
