@VickyRampin I don't know if we're experiencing the same sort of endlessly tired, but coffee, staying in motion (TODO lists help here), and avoiding reflecting on my life.

@VickyRampin not terribly well. I feel overwhelmed, lose focus, feel sad, etc. I do give myself more permission to rest than I used to. I also try to do things like write big to-dos on a piece of paper and be like "it's ok if I only do these 3 things" but... ultimately I dunno it's a lot.

@VickyRampin Caffeine, showers, and telling myself things are going to be different in about 4 years.
