Yesterday opposition rioters went on the rampage in Caracas, looting an office of the BBVA bank, the General Office of the Judiciary and then set fire to the Ministry of Housing building, which also houses a pre-school unit for the children of its staff, forcing their evacuation. The Ministry of Housing has built and delivered 1.6 million units of social housing
