The Asamblea Nacional Constituyente (ANC) in Venezuela has just passed a "law against hate, for pacific coexistence and tolerance".
What does this means? The statist centralized repressive government of the country has now a blank card to pull whenever they think a message is being offensive (such as criticizing Nicolas Maduro), which could mean years of prison for the "perpetrator". It also hinders the future of some political groups.
