Listening to my track on my phone. Testing another player besides #schismtracker that it was created in. A tune in progress for an upcoming #linux #demoscene demo we're working on. Been a long time but it feels good to get back to sample based tracking. It's very synthwave meets chiptune.

My buddy made his own playback library by ripping the code from Schism Tracker itself so it plays properly. Cool stuff.

I'm assuming you mean an old style quill stem? There's always a way. There are quill stem adapters to allow you to use a more modern threadless stem setup, sure. You just need to figure out which style and size you have.

Another for fellow #cycling fans. The freebie bike I got after putting on my Crazy Bars and Brooks I had waiting for a bike I wanted to build. Going to put them all on this for now. Including a 29er rear wheel since I have a brand new rear Shimano hyrdo disc and this has disc tabs on the frame already. Swap on a rigid fork, my Shimano road cranks and SS. For the #cycling geeks in attendance. The Cross Check got new 36 hole Velocity touring wheels way wider which makes the 38s feel monstrous. But it rides like a dream despite being quite heavy. Most people feel that way about their creations. I know I do. As long as someone enjoys it or you feel satisfied with the process of creation then that's fine.

Sad few weeks when all three #bicycles were broken. And just like that, they're all fixed in one swoop this morning as I got all the parts back at once.

One buddy loaned me a carbon road bike (yikes!) That I felt I was going to break with my weight. And then another buddy came through with a free bike! So I could still ride to work.

Now I have 4 bikes. Not complaning. Can turn the freebie into the SS single brake urban assault machine I have been wanting. Hooray!
