Finally caught up with the finale and I'm extremely disappointed by how badly The Americans faltered this season. I love a slow burn (see: seasons 1-4) but boy you have crossed the line into wheel-spinning when you can summarize the *character development* for 13 episodes in about two sentences.
That said, very confident that it'll come back around next year (I mean, it's the final season, SOMETHING has got to go down)
I work with a volunteer group that always schedules dinner meetings for 6:30 in the evening and I never not once ever have know what to do with myself for that hour and a half after leaving work
