@TeddyDD Nah, totally disagree. I think Mint definitely used to have advantages over Ubuntu, but with all the work they've been putting into Gnome, I think their desktop experience these days is top notch. YMMV :)

I used to think that but after six months of using Ubuntu 18.04 Gnome at work I switched back to Mint. More polished imo. Also: no snaps. Ubuntu 20.04 is not bad though. I could use it on gaming/multimedia machine.

@TeddyDD So interesting to see all the sturm and drang over snaps.

@TeddyDD Note 18.04 != 20.04 - 18.04 is rough rough ROUGH in far too many ways.
