Working on a new feature for Capsule 1.1 - different export formats! \o/
Well I just found the worst third-party controller ever made, and for the Dreamcast no less.
I was contemplating buying my own Xbox One controller, and I noticed that in the Xbox Design Lab you can make a controller that looks almost identical to the Dreamcast Arcade Stick <3

Godot 3 has a lot of really nice subtle touches in the way you interact with it. I'm loving the camera fade when switching between tabs.

Here's another little video from the multiplayer social game I was working on last year.
The UI was a weird mashup between the Palm Pre, Metro and Japanese flip phones, designed as a way to abstract a phone interface in a more practical manner, and I hope at some point in the future I can continue working on it.
https://octodon.social/media/w2IfLEhkTL2o3HyKB1M The Pebble 2 screenies reminded me of the cool user interface elements I developed for my Unreal Engine 4 social game prototype a while back .
Thanks, Siri! ๐ https://octodon.social/media/I4WtuJPU0mnrkb3rv5c
I figured it might be cool to upload something I worked on at the beginning of the year but had to shelve for various reasons.
The concept was a virtual "Beach Arcade" for Telegram with some Animal Crossing twists like unique characters with stories to tell.. In the end however, I realised the concept didn't have a core gameplay idea I could wrap this around, but it's still kind of neat.
This happened last time, but at least it's not going to be the landslide the Conservatives wanted. Here's hoping Theresa May eats her fucking words. https://octodon.social/media/dV43OR2Zqn-6GQjXg2Y
I'm currently working on a little party/board-game for Telegram. It's still in heavy development but if anyone's interested in testing it then let me know ๐
Im no believer in Tarot cards as being anything more than a potentially interesting tool for introspection, but I've recently rediscovered a beautifully designed deck called Fountain Tarot.
Instead of using occultist symbolism, it brings together sacred geometrical patterns and an impeccable use of colour, space and perspective to create something far more relevant and expressive than any other deck I've seen. https://octodon.social/media/UOjN7kBNJjYbIh4hnqs
(realised i could post a montage instead \o/)
Im working on various taunts and titles for my Telegram Karaoke game ;) https://octodon.social/media/Ji_4_qjhNiM4qSoqYoc
