Voyage is a Bad Show with some Really Good episodes. Some of Voyager's good episodes are some of the best Trek episodes.
The reason it's a bad show and everybody hates is that the bad episodes are so very very bad. The variance in episode quality is HUGE, and the hit:miss ratio is not good on the whole
