Oh the plus side, it's not meant to rain for a few days, so washing and straightening my hair tonight won't be a waste. 💆🏼

I don't want to do any more work today, but I also don't want to do any more house work, either.

I've been craving puttanesca all day and just put it on the stove to cook about half an hour ago, but a really good puttanesca needs at least 2 hours before you can eat it. I like it best when the garlic is sliced instead of minced and just melts into the sauce. 🤤

I do not understand the totally inefficient and sometimes straight up rude lengths that men will go to in order to not have a woman open a door for them. Just fucking let me open the goddamn door on my own.

I went to the farmer's market a ways from my place this morning, and it was BUCKETING with rain, but I did get the last of the sour black cherries of the season, so WORTH IT.

I have finally procured a Pepsi Fire Slurpee, and the taste is not at ALL what I expected.

Just walked by my local diner and struck by a vision of sitting at the counter with a spinach pie and a strawberry milkshake, reading a book by myself and how LOVELY that would be.
