@SunCat it's taken a lot of careful attention to myself to resolve my components, and even then there's a lot of bleed-through and stuff
be patient with yourself. it's easy to get discouraged and think that maybe it'd be simpler just to try to be one person again, but I'm positive that's not a good idea. times when I've done that, kinda withdrawn into one personality, have never been happy times where I've functioned well
