@SunCat said otherwise, trans people need to transition or want to transition, otherwise they aren't trans and i don't think letting us have that word is too much to ask. and by transition i mean even the slightest thing, or strong desire to have it; i don't imply all trans people need to identify with a binary gender or have hrt or any surgery or anything like that.

Well, if you talk about "even the slightest thing" then things like changing name / pronouns / gender words and/or presentation should count as transition. 'cos transition is always about being your true self, be it medical transition (body dysphoria is about parts that aren't felt as yours) or those "small" things I just listed
