@Mainebot I used to work in collections too, years ago, for a few hospitals. Last one I worked for was a psych hospital, and these patients were druggies, seriously depressed, and would rack up bills over $100K. And because health insurance didn't usually cover mental, it was almost always cash. It was the toughest job I had.
