I have no cable television in my home. I did a couple years ago, but too little value for so much $$$ ended it. I've had an amplified antenna, an OTA DVR, and a couple streaming services for over 2 years now. After a brief adjustment period, I've found it meets my needs.

It frustrates me to hear cable described as "traditional" tv. Um, no. That'd be an OTA broadcast received by an antenna. And I'm ecstatic that the experience has vastly improved from the first 18 years of my life.

Happy Friday, y'all! The storms will be blowing in later today. 'twill be lovely to nap with the music of rain on the roof.

Torts and Conventional Obligations and Property. Oh, my! And let's throw in writing an appellate brief on some Constitutional questions without the benefit of having taken Con Law.

I think I can.
I think I can.
I think I can.

I'm not very active on any of my social media profiles. I lurk mostly. I checked out Facebook this morning, and I am sickened by the number of my "friends" posting conspiracy theories. People I grew up with are attacking children.

These good "christian" folks are spreading vile & hateful lies. My 1st thought was to post some of those commandments they love & warn them all that I was going to unfriend them.

I've decided to just start purging. I still may post Exodus 30:16 first.

I survived the intro. I did well. I completely skipped a sentence & totally blanked out on my last point for about 5 seconds. It wasn't horribly obvious. The only criticism was that I didn't speak loudly enough.
Yay!

Tonight I have to present the 1st part of what will be my oral argument to the appellate court. Little bit nervous.

Good evening, Your Honor. May I proceed?
Thank you, Your Honor.
May it please the court...

Life is overwhelming these days. After work & law school I am drained. This is a lonely existence most days. I must find some way to rest & recharge.

Algebra has followed me to law school. See, kiddies? Algebra really IS everywhere!

Law school part-time is still a full-time job. Crashing now. Night, y'all.

One more thing no one told me about law school: I look at everyday situations as possible tort actions now.
