@DaveHiggins 🙃
I should totally come up with an answer that cites that case. And send it to my Property prof.

Reducing my case briefs to fit in the outline. Moresi v. Dept. of Wildlife & Fisheries = Stupid duck hunters.

I think I'm a little ditsy right now.

The finals push is on. I feel so unprepared.

I've been so focused on the brief and oral argument that I neglected my other classes. Now I'm looking at these Obligations with multiple persons hypotheticals like 😰

Even though I knew it was unlikely after my oral argument on Saturday, I'm still sad that I didn't get a call from Moot Court.

I have so much to do today, and no desire to do anything.

I’m finally watching NBC’s . That band though! Wow! I love seeing the string quartet and guitarists on stage.

Whew! I survived the oral argument. I almost forgot “May it please the court”, the very first thing I was supposed to say. 😮 But I did remember after a few seconds. I remembered my manners when responding to the judges’ questions.

Ever so glad it’s over!

@DaveHiggins I'm going to believe the old theatre saw about dress rehearsal and opening night.

I will remember to not lock my knees. I will remember to properly address the court each time I answer a question.

I will present my case and try not to lose control of the argument. And with any luck, "Mr. Grifo's" Motion to Suppress Evidence will be granted.

@MissSnarkerson Thanks for the vote of confidence! I need it after last night. Maybe I was just tired. I don't know what happened.

Today I will reread the argument as often as possible. Tonight I will reread the record and the cases I cite. And try to get to bed early.

I think I had a minor panic attack tonight while trying to practice for Saturday's argument. And the argument was awful. Just a hot mess all around. I have to do this argument to pass the class. At least it will be over before noon.

Last night in Obligations, Prof D said this is our last chapter before moving to review mode. I almost shouted "Hallelujah!"

He's the only prof who reviews. I love him.

@MissSnarkerson How did you know? Can you <looks around furtively> can you see me?

@DaveHiggins The electronic copies have been filed. The hard copy filing is in 2 hours. The only things I read once it was printed were the signature lines.

It's all over but the printing & binding. The is done. I cannot look at it in the morning or I will try to change something at the last minute.
