Last night was not fun. Torts prof chewed us out. We aren't working hard enough. We aren't studying enough. We aren't reading the cases deeply enough. We aren't reviewing enough.
"I know you're tired, but..." and "It's only going to get more difficult from here on out."
I knew part-time law school while working full-time would be difficult. Dut damn! There's nothing like a demoralizing speech at the end of a tough week.

You're a lawyer! Accept nothing! Go for the weaknesses!
Sometimes you don't need to be right; you just need to sow reasonable doubt.
That said, law is the most exhausting, elusive, and exhilarating of pursuits.
@DaveHiggins That wasn't his argument. Those were the charges against us. The rest of this semester is the trial.
I will do my best to get an A, just like I did last semester.
