One more thing no one told me about law school: I look at everyday situations as possible tort actions now.
@DaveHiggins Not yet! Though I have had to apply economic, policy, and moral considerations to harm that can easily be associated with an action when determining how far a duty extends

Next thing you know, you can see other people's points in most situations. That's when you know you're doomed. 😉
